seriously though, after atp 06, i completely gave up fast food, fried food (some exceptions if cooked in peanut or canola oil free of trans fat) and no sodas or carbonated beverages

and introduced more veggies, fish and whole grains, and i only drink water, juice or alcohol

^^^Steamed veggies are so nice. I could eat those until they come out of ears. Great with baked fish too.

I have a weaknesss for British-style fish and chips that I can't give up, and also like cheese sandwiches as snacks too. Weekdays, I usually eat pretty well, it's the weekends where I slip up on the post-pub/bar/club munchies front.
