I finished side one but I've scrubbed it. I'd decided on going for a theme but sticking to that theme meant putting a lot of sub-standard tunes on. Oh well, it'll be fun starting again.

I mentioned this earlier, I wanted a space theme, but I soon ran out of songs that were about/involved space. And the few I had were not favorites.

I've done theme tapes before, and the best ones are those i didn't try to straightjacket into the theme. They were better cuz I let other things slip in, which kinda made them more interesting and subtle. Generally tho I have a real hard time trying to make a theme tape.

Yes, I think I'll just stick to trying to put good songs on it. Can't go wrong with that, unless the recipient disagrees and thinks they're all bad.

I found a boom box with a CD player, Radio, and Tape Player/Recorder, but when I try to play tapes it just starts to fuck it all up and pulls out film stuff from the cassette. So I doubt recording would work.

i'm pretty certain i'll be involved in this round now.
