Why are Americans OBSESSED with teeth?

I do make a lovely cup of tea, though. I think I'm going to make myself one now, if my teeth don't all drop out on the way to the kitchen.

Maybe because they have to laugh at just about everything so they need to show off some good teeth.God knows.

And, really, the Chinese/Japanese are the best at actually MAKING tea (they have a whole ceremony!) Brits are just best at drinking it.

Getting back to Russell Brand, I normally watch the Brit Awards on TV, but the fact that he's presenting is enough to put me off this year.

Funny that. When XFM got bought out by Capital and moved from Camden to Leicester Square, they put Bob Geldof on as a DJ. It was appalling.

I happened to be walking through Leicester Square one day and foudn myself in the middle of the protest that some devoted listeners had organized.

There was a fairly sizable group of people standing outside the capital FM building, pointing upward (toward the studio where Geldof was presenting) and chanting (football style) "BOBBBBBB'S A WANKER! HE'S A WANKER! HE'S A WANKER! BOBBBBB'S A WANKER!"

I joined in. It was quite a larf.

I think Russell had been fired from XFM by that point...
