they are also seling them at the merch desk at their current tour. Mine is signed by John :-) and numbered 39/113
they also had some cassettes but not sure if it's the one you're referring to. |

Undoubtedly the same one--on the Manhand label, which doesn't seem to have an official site. Then again, what's the point of there being an Ecstatic Peace website for that matter; I don't think anyone has updated it since 2009! |
Now, what about this Fractured Sunshine cassette drawn from the same sessions--is it still possible to track down a copy of that? Not that I'm overly fond of cassettes, mind you; still....
Make that Fundamental Sunshine. I was thinking about Body/Head's Fractured Orgasm--another limited release that came and went out of nowhere. |

SHIIIT! I saw the pics you posted. my fucking debit card isn't going through for some reason. Hopefully i can get it fixed today. Thanks for the link man! edit: SOLD OUT. |

It's not identified as 'sold out' on Feeding Tube's main page (like one or two other LPs). I ordered it okay yesterday via PayPal. |

I tried checking out. It said the item is sold out.... I'm still sad. |
Yeah, it's officially marked as 'Sold Out' now on the front page. I hope everything went through okay with my order yesterday.

The 7-incher was actually released on Record Store Day last April and now the FLAC and mp3 versions are available on the Merge site (but you can of course still find the vinyl on eBay, Discogs, GEMM, etc....). Steve plays on the b-side track "The Twist"; not the Hank Ballard/Chubby Checker ditty but a Ward original. |

Yes! |
Fantastic news!

Hopefully, it'll be a little easier to find than that cassette release, Fractured Orgasm.

http://www.insound.com/Fractured-Org...d/P/INS101496/ Plus, I don't think Open Mouth Records' releases are too difficult to find. Generally, Bill Nace puts some stuff up for sale at the blogspot site, which you may be able to buy straight from him (ask Toxic Johnny if you don't believe me-he has scored some nice shit). If you fail to grab one from there, I bet there's always more than one place where you can find them online (not just Feeding Tube Records, exclusively). Last I (unofficially) heard, the next album on Open Mouth Records was supposed to be an LP by Tarp. I'm excited about this Body/Head 12" a great deal, so I wouldn't mind if it ended having more priority over the Tarp record. |
Esopus #18 features an exclusive Lee Ranaldo track. CD is available for streaming. Mag+CD can be found in book stores, ISBN: 9780981574578

It only took 10 seconds listen to Lee's track for me to go scurrying off to see where I could get a copy. |

I wish mine would hurry up. I got the shipping email three weeks ago, but no LP yet :( |

Carice & Antony in Particle Of Light (with Ken Stringfellow, Steve Shelley,
Howe Gelb, the Metropole Orchestra, Antony Hegarty and JB Meijers) http://thefourohfive.com/tv/carice-v...ticle-of-light |
what? Is Steve playing on Carice's new album? Any idea on how many songs?
(she's a Dutch actress in case you don't know) and will he play live dates with her as well? |
Steve played on one of the two recording sessions for the forthcoming LP.

I hope it's the Sister deluxe edition. Or an open invitation to Kim and Thurston's renewal of their vows |

Seems like a record by Thurston Moore, Mats Gustafsson & Neneh Cherry might be in the works (or would it be a follow up to "The Cherry Thing" with Thurston collaborating?) judging by a slightly vague but revelatory post by Neneh Cherry on her official facemook:
https://www.facebook.com/nenehcherryofficial?ref=stream In any case, I'm taking this as the first great announcement regarding a Sonic 2013 (tentative release date is in March of next year), though who's gonna start that thread? |
Thurston/Mats/Cherry would be something pretty amazing.
|
Speaking of which, Thurston Moore & Mats Gustafsson (even without Neneh Cherry) must be something very superlative indeed, and so who the fuck is attending those upcoming shows in Sweden especially (I'm sure my friends in London will be recording, but who can we trust in Sweden, eh?)

Extremely cool. I'm broke as heck at the moment - I hope it's still there by October. Any idea on how many copies we're talking about here? [EDIT: FUCK IT, this one was too cool to wait, so I just ordered it. Gonna have to skip a few meals now...] |
Ordered here, too!

OK, according to http://www.facebook.com/DumpsterDivi...33723193340261 , this will be out on October 15. Discogs says it's a limited edish of 450 copies. It's a one-sided 12" and I imagine it'll be charged with Ron Asheton/Steve Mackay-like badassness. Can't wait! |
More info and a warning for those who haven't pre-ordered "Play Some Fucking Stooges" (stolen from Dumpster Diving Lab's facemook):
