Bargain bin!? Seriously? Is it the recent reissue on Plain, the 180 gram version? I paid like 20 bucks for my copy a few years back, new, though.

Where did you buy that if I may ask? And is it any good? I missed out on it.
I bought like 6 or 7 Circle (and related stuff like Steel Mammoth) CDs for 40 euros when they were having a discount sale at the merch table at one of their shows here.

I bought it from the Ektro webstore. They had a limited amount of them for sale last week and I managed to snag one before they were sold out.

It's very good.

You can still order it from Aquarius Records.

And I quote: "In Trensmat's series of ultra limited 7", usually limited to 100 copies or less, we convinced the label to double their pressing, half of which came to aQuarius, but needless to say, like all things Circle, these will not last long, and once they are gone, they are gone forever..."

Toxa 12.16.2007 07:52 PM

Cline/Sarno - Rise Pumpkin Rise LP
Cline/Giffoni/Licht/Ranaldo - Nothing Makes Any Sense CD

Thanks! I just ordered it. :)

... along with $60 worth of other stuff, dammit.

Norma J 12.20.2007 05:45 PM

The other day I bought:

The Rolling Stones, Now! CD/SACD - $5
The Rolling Stones, Aftermath, CD/SACD - $5
The Rolling Stones, Flowers, CD/SACD - $5
Ryan Adams and the Cardinals, Cold Roses, CD - $10
The Dears, End of a Hollywood Bedtime Story, CD - $1
Sonic Youth, DVD - $15.

Torn Curtain 12.21.2007 09:46 AM

Ordered:

gmku 12.21.2007 10:06 AM

On a whim, first pressing gatefold copy of Taking Tiger Mountain by Strategy.

Not sure if I like it.

But that may be a good sign. A lot of records that I was "not sure" about on the first few listens became after repeated listens my favorite.
