You could switch it with Kid A in your list, since Kid A came out in 2000.

But shouldn't it be stuff that still stands up today? Otherwise it's not "Greatest albums of the 90's" but "Albums you thought were great during the 90's".
By that logic Nirvana would probably occupy 4 or 5 of my slots even though I've barely listened to them in the last decade...
