just an idea

oh, and slavo
don't know how busy you are right now, but there some great gigs in vienna next few month

Action Beat
Neptune
Wire
Pita
Ashtray Navigations
Zeni Geva
(forgot a few)

just so you can't say i didn't tell you :-)

oh, sounds good. I'd check out Asthray Navigations and Pita, but I'm too busy and blablabla.
Anyways, i think it's too far away to travel to Vienna every single night, isn't it? plus, we'd have to leave early from the gigs.

isn't there something like a shuttle service every night (or was that just from Korneuburg?)? But you're probably right, it's too far.

_slavo_ 02.26.2009 10:14 AM

just Korneuburg, as far as I know, since it's way closer.
Anyways, I still think we'll end up the same way we did last year.

probably, yes.

Would be great to get permission to camp in the park next to the festival.
It's such a beatiful place

_slavo_ 02.26.2009 10:19 AM

Yes it is.
I assume you'll want me to bring some Tmavy Saris, yeah?

A Thousand Threads 02.26.2009 10:33 AM

That would be great.
I'll bring some gastronomic specialities too, of course.

blunderbuss 02.26.2009 10:40 AM

I hope you guys do a better picnic than nicfit does. His idea of decent finger food is countless packets of crisps!

What's this, is "nicfit dissing day" today??
No way.
That's (perhaps) my idea of cheap, easily transported, durable things you can eat if/when you want without causing a total mess.
If had a kitchen OR time to set things up better, OR any knowledge on how the place was, and how the actual schedule for the evening was I would have planned something better. Anyways, pringles' tubes are pogo-proof. Lasagna, hmmm, not sure about that!

Hey, I was afraid of that too, so I mailed the "Haus der Kunst" and "Münchenticket", so Haus Der Kunst said, that there are still some tickets that will be available... But for now they are not on the site anymore... i didn't get any :(:(:(

ok so i tried every other source (google:D), and saw that people on the german lastfm page were pissed that on the first day tickets got sold out in 30 mins and there were people selling them on ebay for 140 euros!
but then someone said there were some more available the day after. so maybe they do sell the tickets in small amounts so everone can get one?
how big is the venue at all?
ive just sent an email to haus der kunst hope they get back to me.

lukin 03.02.2009 04:47 PM

I don´t get this, I have watching the site every hour since 10.00 1/3-09 and haven´t seen any tickets avaiible. Is it like a 100 people venue or something?

Moshe 03.04.2009 01:15 PM

The munich show sold out (900 tickets) in a couple of hrs!

nicfit 03.04.2009 01:21 PM

lukin 03.06.2009 09:54 AM

This Is Not Here, do you have your accommodation sorted? so are we meeting up in Vienna? I'll be heading from Bratislava to Vienna together with Slavo on Wed. (morning time I'd say). I don't know what time yet. have to ask him myself. what time are you arriving to Vienna?

This Is Not Here 04.15.2009 08:09 AM

Hi Greenlight, I'll be in Vienna from Monday onwards, and me and Slavo have arranged to meet at Sudbahhof in the morning of the 22nd. He hasn't got back to me on a time yet, shall we say mid-day? And yes, I have accomodation sorted for Vienna and Krems.

greenlight 04.15.2009 10:22 AM

I'll be with Slavo, so see you in Vienna.

This Is Not Here 04.15.2009 11:24 AM

Okay well tell Slavo to get back to me about exactly what time we're meeting at the station. Seeyou there.

_slavo_ 04.15.2009 01:52 PM

you guys are talking as if I'm not coming here as well :)

ok dudes, I've found the following way to get to Sudbahnhof:

11.50 am - departure from Bratislava
1.00 pm - arrival in Wien Sudbahnof

Does that sound good to you? if that's not early enough, there's also a train departing Bratislava at 11.00 am.

greenlight 04.15.2009 02:16 PM

I'm grand with that time. what about you This Is Not Here? buy the way what accommodation you have?

This Is Not Here 04.15.2009 03:11 PM

Okay, 1.00 pm at the information desk at Sudbahnhof sounds good to me!

As for accomodation greenlight, I'm spending my two nights in Krems in this hotel - http://www.orangewings.com/index_en.php
