Then, assuming we're safe and the club seems a little more settled, we can think about looking for someone more exciting. I'd take Moyes on the kind of contract Everton seem prepared to offer him, except he was treated so badly by West Ham's owners the 1st time around I doubt he'd ever consider coming back.

so if it's about ooordeeeer.... get bercow :D

it's a pity with pellegrini because things started so well with him and now you're in 17th place. just read some news bits saying that the players had lost faith in his tactics. damn.

how do you mean? pellegrini won the prem with man city and had a great record. i don't know what's up with him right now honestly, but how much better can you want?

wtf. fucking get poch and let him build a contender--like he did with spurs. if you can afford him haha ha ha.

i don't know. maybe bayern will get him.

h8kurdt 11.26.2019 05:01 PM

But why would Poch go to West ham? It's the same as why would he go to Everton. As I said it's not all about money.

When Everton sacked Koeman supposedly Everton actually sounded out trying to get Simone. It didn't work out and we ended up with fucking Allardyce. Great managers are as rare as hen's teeth and the managers know that.

As for why Pellegrino isn't doing so well at West Ham, Demo can explain more. Big issue is losing Fabianski and replacing him with someone with less positional sense than a hedgehog in the middle of a motorway.

!@#$%! 11.26.2019 05:05 PM

ok so marco silva does not have such a great record, but you could get someone aspiring to do with you what poch did with spurs is what im trying to get at i suppose.

look at nuno at wolves. i fucking love wolves. and it's nuno's doing.

where is the next nuno? the next poch? the next kloppo at borussia? a lot of world managers would kill to make their name in the prem.

!@#$%! 11.26.2019 05:11 PM

and when klopp took over liverpool, they were... 10th place?

Your guess is as good as mine:D and all the big names outside of England are taken up atm. However, it's easier to make your name in the prem with a team that already has a decent squad behind them!

h8kurdt 11.26.2019 05:16 PM

I was actually reading about how David Wagner is doing great at Schalke right now. Be interesting to see how he'd do at another club besides Huddersfield

I think the main problem with Pellegrini is he joined us at a stage in his career when he was clearly motivated more by money than by success, or feeling like he had something to prove. Same reason why I don't want Benitez. Love us to get Eddie Howe though.

I started to wonder if there were any tactics to lose faith in.

that bad huh?

i do remember them playing nicely early on

demonrail666 11.26.2019 09:18 PM

Yeah they did, but there's clearly been some kind of breakdown between him and the players since then. It's evident in the performances more than the results. Just nothing there at all.

h8kurdt 11.29.2019 06:31 AM

Emery is outta there!

!@#$%! 11.29.2019 09:35 AM

what’s the english equivalent of the guillotine? xD

demonrail666 11.30.2019 01:35 PM

Fair to say no one expected West Ham to beat Chelsea today. The points are what's important at the moment and It's far too soon to talk about Pellegrini suddenly turning things around, but we did play well against a very good Chelsea side. No doubt the wheels will fall off for the next game but 3 points are 3 points

EDIT: and Alvin Martin's son getting a clean sheet in his West Ham debut felt special.

goddammit i was expecting you to get trampled, and on purpose i did not look

congrats, enjoy the relief

demonrail666 11.30.2019 02:10 PM

I think everyone expected that.

No one would've expected Man City to draw with Newcastle either. 11 points behind Liverpool now. They're getting close to running away with it.

demonrail666 11.30.2019 02:22 PM

Also Euro 2020 draw today:

Group D Doesn't look too bad. Group F though ...

h8kurdt 11.30.2019 02:28 PM

Group F is the absolute group of death there.

As for the premier league it might as well be Leicester to challenge them now. Even if it is a long shot. Well done to West Ham today. A vital win for you guys

h8kurdt 12.02.2019 05:13 PM

So Messi wins the ballon d'Or again Ah well into next year. Where he'll win it again.

he did? for what?

honestly asking

_tunic_ 12.03.2019 03:00 AM

Miedema scored 6 goals and had 4 assists in Arsenals 11-1 victory in Women's premier league match against Bristol.

And De Ligt won the trophy for best player under 21. Hadn't expected this after his pretty rough start at Juventus.
