I'd like to lose 10, too. I've lost about 20 since a year and a half ago, though. Another 10 would get me to my ideal wt. But I hate dieting. I mostly just do it through a little more exercise, cutting out all junk food, and trimming back on portions slightly. I won't give up my beer, though--life's too short.

Haha Yeah, cutting back on junk is hard. Especially around Christmas time. I've stopped buying chocolate bars and other crap because I'm broke since quitting my job, but I need to stop eating chips. Chips and salsa, chips and dip.
