What exactly occurs in the film? Besides the shooting, swearing, and ho doing.

The complex narrative structure goes through a sudden shift midway through the piece: whereas the first half is indeed all shooting, swearing and ho doing, the more challenging second half is mainly ho doing, swearing and shooting.
