Its probably just me but I don't exactly understand how to sign up for the Buy Now Get Early... I go on that webpage and try to register and it doesn't work, I guess I have to wait for the specific details to be announced?

and what does it mean about having to contact your local buy now get early distributor?, something along the lines of having them receive the physical items like LPs and such but only if your local record store is participating?
