Oh and I'm glad to see a new Bob cd. I like his old man stuff.....doesn't compare to the old, but I still enjoy listening to it.

acousticrock87 06.29.2006 12:28 AM

random homie's birthday was 5 days away from mine, and the same year. I thought it was me for a second.

in my opinion dylan's most recent record 'love & theft' was better then anything he did in the 90s. but that's just me.. have you heard love & theft?

krastian 06.29.2006 12:39 AM

Yeah I have and I like it.....I like Time Out of Mind more though I think.

finding nobody 06.29.2006 12:41 AM

schizophrenicroom 06.29.2006 06:02 PM

I don't really like the Dylan version of that song....but that was a good cover.

Hip Priest 06.29.2006 06:10 PM

On the 'Cash' episode of The Young Ones, Jools Holland covers a Dylan song.

Any other fans of The Young Ones?

umjammer atomsk 06.30.2006 01:10 AM

Check it, 3000!

John Violence 06.30.2006 02:06 AM

3,000 Bitches!

schizophrenicroom 06.30.2006 02:48 AM

Damn. It feels like just yesterday we were waiting for 2,500.

TheDom 06.30.2006 11:05 AM

Since it is the 3000th post, I say we have a detailed conversation on Mystery Science Theatre 3000.

I got a DVD for $12 yesterday and it is one of the funniest things I've ever watched.

nomadicfollower 06.30.2006 11:13 AM

Fuck, I used to watch Mystery Science Theater when it came on Sci-fi. I don't think it comes on anymore, though....
Really funny shit, though.
Now I want to buy it...

TheDom 06.30.2006 11:24 AM

Yeah, it's not on anymore.

The seasons are like $50+, but I only got a DVD with 2 movies on it.

Really funny stuff.

schizophrenicroom 06.30.2006 12:10 PM

They have the "Essentials" disk for twenty bucks, which I really want to get. The Manos: The Hands Of Fate one is so classic.

I watched one episode of it on Sci-Fi, the last to ever come on. I think it was January of '04.

That's it! It has Santa Clause Conquers The Martians on it too.

My cousin has an old tape that she taped from the show when it was first around. The Final Sacrifice is probably the funniest thing I have ever seen.

Oh god, I watched that movie by itself once.

I haven't seen that one. I've found some torrent sites but I can't do 2-3 GB files.
