Haha just drink lots of water. At least it's legal for you to get drunk.

No. I can't drink because of meds. They make me lose sleep too.

hum I followed no alcohol with meds advice for a total of about 1 month. in the end the meds lost out. Every so often I go back.. but for the most part there are a lot of other ways I cope now.

If you arent sleeping properly perhaps you should change though? There was one particular that gave me incredible insomnia, but changing along with a week or two of temazepam got rid of it.
