itchy? no.
it smells like dirty hair and cigarettes. mostly cigarettes.

I've found that if I sort of coat my hair with hairspray, I can go days without washing it and it won't look greasy.

my hair always looks the same whether it's clean or dirty.

Then don't wash it, ever.
