for a while we were getting 10% but than folks started to catch on and now we got spend at least 50-80% in those fucking god-forsaken dungeons. The County is perhaps one of the worst jails to be incarcerated in the world.. its more 3rd world than folks realize and the shitstem likes it that way.. but ol Lindsey will see solitary for those 15 and wish she had just hit the dorm like other silly folks who go for the blue and gold in the psycho ward and find out that the people in the County are crazy enough let alone the actual crazy people..
