ahhhh. i have a week and four days, granted we find another hotel before we take off wednesday-saturday for disney.

oh, it will be like that for a while before it gets better. but it will get better.

i spent almost the whole day in bed today. but the past two weeks, i was out walking and running in the nice california heat. i guess i'm making up for it.

I know !@#$%! it will get worse before I get better.

a lot of things are like that.

try going out in the sunlight every morning. it sets your brain right. if you're indoor all days (due to the heat or whatever), you'll get depressed.

then again, we sometimes just need a break... you know, slow down, introvert, reflect a bit... enjoy the lows too...

tomorrow i need to go for a run really badly. run, catch up with band.. yeah.

but my thing is, i thrive off of others' energy. i love being alone but taking a break is just hard.

one of my best summers ever i spent like this;
mornings- wake up and read this amazing, long, complicated book
mid-day- go to the fish market w/ the then-girfriend & shop around for lunch. go home, make lunch.
afternoons - hang out, go to the pool, play scrabble
evenings - make dinner, go to a bar, go watch a movie.

slooooow pace, and so delicious i remember it always.

i have to always be going. even in california, when i said i'd be relaxing, i meant i was out every day running or at the stores all day. save for the last few days i was stuck in the house/library.

hee.

i feel better today, despite the fact i've only slept four hours.
