Daydream Nation live and direct last night in Auckland New Zealand ; FUCKING AWESOME ! If you get the chance to go to this gig don't miss out , it was totally amazing . Full energy from the band , distortion , atmospherics , top notch playing and vocals . Fuck it , i want to go again . These guys still rock ! :D

I probably won't get to meet them. I'm in the seated area.

Lee Ranaldo was standing next to me at the Dead C gig the night before but i didnt wanna harass him so i just stayed quiet.

mm they'll be playing for 6 days in a row, hopefully it wont affect the concert much

as for the seeing them, though i doubt they'll get there too early,
i'll try get in with the workers earlier in the day ;P

I'm getting there at 6:15 or so.

wednesday night should be awesome, but i've had a friend of mine pull out so i've got a spare ticket, i've asked around and no-one wants it, so thought i'd ask here if anyone wants it, if you've got a friend who wasn't sure on going and needs a ticket or has just got into SY etc.
for the wednesday show at the metro, face value and coz its so late best to meet out the front of the venue to pick up the ticket.

i would go to sydney and cut you, but then i could just as well go see the concert

any of you guys is planning to record/videotape/take wonderful pics/interview the band etc. ?

ah yeah, im planning of talking to them or at least getting an autograph, but im not sure about how,
and my mobile doenst take pictures and videos (replacement after i took my old one for a swim)

it will take a lot of tought

me too, I don't go to a concert expecting to meet a band though

Oh and I'm taking a camera but I'm gonna get there quite late but will take pics if anything looks pic-worthy

i went to the gig they are playing at next weekend and checked out how i can sneak in and im wondering if the stamps they give out at the start are the same all week
