Whitechapel
Whitechapel is in close proximity of the, erm, world famous pub The Blind Beggar, scene of an infamous bloodbath that involved The Kray Twins. It is also close to a bar (can't remember its name right now) that used to be the pub Morrisey went to after he played his first solo gig. |

Angel
Interesting fact about Angel: Angel only got it's name in 2006. It was named that by 14 year Sarah Barker from South Ruislip after the 'Buffy' spin off series of the same name. She was given the opportunity to do this by London mayor Ken Livingstone in a city wide competition. However this tarnished his reputation amid allegations he rigged it. Ken Livingstone does own all the series of 'Angel' on dvd. |
