yes he does. It's in too many random pictures in the same spot with the same color for it to not be.

unless you pass out, which my friend did. The tattoo artist said that he once had a guy pass out and them pee himself. :( ewwww

I have planned what i am getting next. Just haven't done it yet, i went in last week, but the tattoo woman told me she thought i wasn't ready yet.
