Cathnor bundle is hella cheap... There's a lot of high quality, electro-acoustic sorts of improvised and composed music. The Cornford/Rodgers recording is fantastic... kind of along the lines of AMM, slowly unfolding, with beautiful sounds from the piano and complementary electronics.

You can only stream one track, but it's 22 minutes of psyched out jams : )

While at the Pink Dot show the other night, I was introduced to Austin and Sarah Cooley......two of the original members of, Black Leather Jesus. Richard Ramirez has moved to Pittsburgh and the status of BLJ is on hiatus.

Anyway, Austin and Sarah now perform as: Illicit Relationship and I get to see them open for, Richard Pinhas in two weeks.

The cover was designed by Lasse Marhaug, and for some reason I think there's a SYR vibe to it.

Clarinette is Dan Vallor, and, to my mind, is utterly brilliant. His 2002 album Haze was released on Ecstatic Peace, and he has just released a remastered version of his 2013 album Ready Set Disengage, originally a Record Store Day release only available through the late great Aquarius Records. The deluxe edition also includes a disc of past rarities and a preview of his forthcoming LP.

Bytor Peltor and Hipster, I particularly recommend this to you.
