Cool, I might see it, when i am off summer school, since it is the last two weeks it is hectic.

still jet lagged, i had the most bizarre lunch today.

went to eat birria, which here is considered hangover food because it's spicy; so i went with my mom to the place and this blasting "versatile" group (singing cumbia, salsa, etc.) was playing with choreographed moves and everything (you can pay them and they play a couple of songs for you), a van damme movie was showing on the tvs and our table was near these drunk people who, for sure, went there to get their hangover food but decided to keep the party going and they were drinking and singing and dancing, then they paid a norteño band (kinda like the equivalent of country music here) to play and so every time the versatile band would end a song, the norteño band would start another and so on...it was like a surreal movie, i enjoyed the weirdness of it all and the birria was excellent.

one of the girls from the drunk table was giving me looks, that was cool too.

I love birria, that makes me yearn for a wedding or some sort of party. I don't feel like wasting ten bucks for it at the restaurant.

Good, but tired. I won't sleep till 2 in the morning and it is barely ten.

i won't sleep for a while. i'm too awake. it's been a crazy weekend.

I need to finish my essay, and I am just in the first part of the body.

we're finally on at the same time.

i'll be sleeping in like an hour.

victor- you can do it. essays are the best.. if given the option i'd rather do them than inane bubbling tests or something. but i'm a nerd.

I like doing them as well, I always filled the bubbles and fell asleep. I did not know that standardized testing placed you in the classes for next year. No wonder I was stucked in remedial classes, and felt so unchallenged.

essays are fun, you write until your hand cramps.

standardized testing is such a joke. but i won't get into it.

hey every-e, i read on last.fm you're seeing menomena. i'm seeing them nov 3 (i think) and i'm excited.

yeah, i haven't heard that much from them but i want togo to shows and they have been recommended to me numerous times.

hopefully, i'm also seeing explosions in the sky and yo la tengo in the near future, and like 10000 metal bands.

i love the opener, illinois, so that's the main reason i'm going.
