I'd do the same if I knew who I'd be working for. Or if I'd have a job.

But I do have a job right now, and I can afford the ticket, so I'll be logged on at that Seetickets website first thing Friday morning.

fugazifan 04.15.2009 07:34 AM

didnt MBV curate last year?

blunderbuss 04.15.2009 07:37 AM

That was what I was hoping for in 2006 - or, at the very least, to have had a performance of Drift in the cinema.

greenlight 04.15.2009 07:41 AM

I have my night shifts in work on 4, 5, 6! admin. won't give you hol. if you're on nights. all you can do is swap them off, which is pretty hard, coz who's going to swap off your nights. I better start looking for such a person now. I'm sure I'll make it. long time to Dec. fingers cross...

automatic bzooty 04.15.2009 07:42 AM

I want to go to there.

This Is Not Here 04.15.2009 08:12 AM

Oh god it's sooo expensive. But MBV and SY at the same festival means I will have to be there even if I must sell limbs.

At £130 with the current reduced rate, it's less than just about every other 3-day festival you'll find in this country.

Though based on experience from the last couple of years, it's well worth the extra £10 or so to get an apartment with a kitchen and lounge rather than just beds...

This Is Not Here 04.15.2009 12:46 PM

Yes, but that would be my third festival this year.

nancykitten 04.15.2009 12:48 PM

So so so excited about this.

SonicBebs 04.15.2009 01:21 PM

if they're in the uk then does that mean they'll do a tour? It does doesn't it? it must do? maybe a us tour in the summer, then over here for winter? fucking awsome
