they let her out after the sherrif's department (separate from the LA county judge) had paris' attorneys and personal doctor visit her. she supposedly has some undisclosed "medical condition" which is fucking BULLSHIT. The jail said that she was calling her mom all night complaining and crying about the bedsheets and the dirty pillow.
hahahahah! stupid spoiled bitch! she is in a high security separate wing of a county jail, what a dumbshit.

so the sherrif (completely crooked bastards in LA county, bought and paid for by the rich and powerful) lets her out. the judge hears about this and goes balistic, because for one he had declared in her sentencing that house arrest was NOT an option, and two, he had been waiting for two days to receive the results of her medical evaluation,a nd of course, the sherrif's nor paris' attornyes ssent the judge the papperwork.

Now she has to serve her full 45 days! stupid cunt!

they have not said and wil not say. what reporters have bneen able to gather is not that she has a condition, but that she as so stressed out and "freaked" that she had not eaten anything for three days (would not touch jail food) so she was "weak", bith mentally and physically.

She's the only celebrity in the world that fascinates me. I haven't worked out why, but while I ride on the bus home, she keeps me entertained on the free newspapers that sit next to me.

When hasn't she been weak mentally...if you can get out of jail for refusing to eat I think there'd be a lot of thin criminals walking free.
