My older brother lost all of his CDs in the Denver airport

He had them all in a big CD book and was somehow seperated from it. And that really blows for me because I was rather looking forward to exploring his collection in more depth than I have before (he's home for spring break). He is the one who introduced me to SY and countless other awesome bands and now he has NO music. So, anything that I remotely liked in his collection is now on my already teeming Purchase List. FUCK!

marleypumpkin 03.21.2006 02:48 AM

That's why I keep the cases, & have a 300 disc holder.

krastian 03.21.2006 02:50 AM

That sucks.....it happened to a friend of mine too.

schizophrenicroom 03.21.2006 02:52 AM

Whoa, that sucks.

But, maybe there's a chance if someone snatched it up, they'll be introduced to great new music.

youthoftomorrow 03.21.2006 02:55 AM

Yes, someone will soon start posting on this board about how he found a bunch of great CDs in the Denver airport.

We should keep bets on this. I put in ten.

noumenal 03.21.2006 03:00 AM

Ten what? Dollars? Or Reputation votes...not sure how that works.

youthoftomorrow 03.21.2006 03:01 AM

wait a minute...i just noticed that i've been using proper grammar, spelling, punctuation and capitals in all of my posts so far. this shall continue no longer.

Dollars, of course.

I know we start off with 10 reputation votes, I guess if you dont like someone you click on it to mark them down, or if you do there's the option to give notes.

youthoftomorrow- Haha, same here. I'm actually using capital letters. Usually I never do that.

youthoftomorrow 03.21.2006 03:18 AM

i think we should all just give each other oodles upon oodles of reputation votes.

fishmonkey 03.21.2006 07:32 AM

Shit, that really sucks. I'd hate that to happen to me.

I never carry my CD's around, I burn all my CD's to ATRAC CD's and then just use those, so if I lose them, I can just burn them over again

screamingskull 03.21.2006 01:05 PM

yeah, i used to carry around loads of cds all the time, thank god for the invention of the iPod.

king_buzzo 11.25.2006 09:24 AM
