Still, in all fairness, the guy was resisting arrest. And it's not like the officer had him in a chokehold for 20 minutes or some shit. It was literally something like 15 seconds, enough to cuff the guy. And he didn't mention a damned thing about asthma until after the officers had to use force in order to cuff 'em. Still...shit's sad. Sad when anyone dies especially when it's not necessary. Still seems like an accident to me though.

Resisting arrest is not a murderable offense. Neither is punching a pig. arrestable , yes, of course, but so is punching ANYONE. Unless a pig is confronted with lethal force or has to protect a citizen from lethal force, he is not supposed to fire his weapon.
