I'm not sure I know how rep works (and not sure I care), but negative rep seems sort of malicious and catty. I would never think of using that. I think a pm would be better if you feel that compelled to disagree in private....

I got it once from Cantankerous because she didn't get my joke or because she got it and decided it wasn't worth anything but a negative rep. In either case one can assume bad motives and a deserved lashing, if one uses the term " slo-core'' in a post.

Actually, I really couldn't care less. I like starting pointless threads. Really, I do. Look at all of the threads I've ever started, they will back me up. And if anybody here ACTUALLY gave a crap whether others here liked them or hated them, then they seriously need to get a life. It's all in good fun, but I did pos-rep you a few days ago, as a sign of good spirit :)
