I don't think anyone anywhere has ever even given a thought to dedicating a thread to me.

Seriously, though... how can one choose? It's a yes and a yes. I love them both. I suppose there's some nostalgia attached to Loveless for me that might give it an edge. They're so different from each other, so I love them both equally for different reasons.

Apples and oranges I say. I like them about evenly, but for completely different reasons.

is there really a compasion to be made? i love isnt anything, but loveless was a beautiful brilliant alblum. one of the best pieces of music ever created.

loveless is a bit cliche...it's cliche to say so but it is. not that it isn't brilliant because it is, but isn't anything-era certainly rocks harder. i'll call it a tie.

Times change, good friend. Last year I liked Loveless a lot more than I do now. I can see how people love Loveless, but just can't get into it as much as Isn't Anything. It's like how Sunny Day Real Estate's "Diary" is so hyped, yet their more interesting, exciting material is on "How it feels to be Something On"

imo, they cant be compared, and why? because they're both briliant albums. both of them are unique but when compared they sound so different.

the only mbv song i don't like is 'we have all the time in the world' and it's not even their song

their version of mapref is tons better than wire's version, i think.

i like we have all the time in the world, its relaxing.

i don't really like the old old eps, they were kid of horrible. the songs were okay and fun but it seemed too much like the birthday party and the production sucked.

ohh and yeah i'l listening to loveless right now.

come in alone is on, its a great song. i remember people voting it out in the survivor threads, but, it rules, i love how it ends and then sometimes starts.

they both rule, they both are totally different. its like comparing the performance of 2 cars one built in the 1950s and one in the 2000s. its not fair to either...

isnt anything is amazing but it doesnt have the beautiful sometimes and loveless is amazing but it doesnt have the beautiful lose my breath!

Loveless,easily. Isn't Anything has some great songs on it but I feel like Shields was still progressing as a songwriter during it. Loveless is purified emotion.
