Hillary's Shotgun Strategy

The former first lady seems to be arming herself at this point in the race with one of these in each hand.

She covers a lot of territory with the scattergun approach, but never stays long enough in one place to really connect with the voters. And despite the tight pair of shots in Dallas attributed to her by the New York Times, Shootin Dan believes that was clearly Bill at the Book Depository with a Carcano.

Bill's Super Shorty

When not in Dallas, Slick Willy seems to favor the Mossberg Super Shorty.

Sure, they're great for intimidation - loud as fuck and you can spray some shit up in a hurry - but you're not gonna actually hurt anyone with it unless you're standing close enough to connect with a solid right hook anyway.

floatingslowly 03.03.2008 07:44 PM

you own a black trench coat, don't you?

Barack: "Oswald was a fag."

Obama has obviously been putting in a lot of time at the range with the Armalite, and based on his tight groupings in Austin and Cleveland, he's opted for an effecient tactical use of the three-round burst setting.

...ok, so clinton got the popular vote, but the delegates will still be determined by caucus...

Barack Obama .... 20,209† ...... 51.9%
Hillary Clinton ..... 18,689† ...... 48.0%
Uncommitted ........... 32† ........ 0.1%

36% reporting | Updated 4:50 AM ET

Vote totals are the number of delegates elected to the next level of district conventions in Texas.

Cantankerous 03.05.2008 05:19 AM

barack is going DOWN you just wait

m1rr0r dash 03.05.2008 05:54 AM

well the numbers above show a photo finish race... for all practical purposes too close to call even after 100% of the districts have reported. 50.8 to 47.4 or 51.9 to 48.0? .......differences smaller than the margin of error...

there's a long way to go between here and the white house, so in the long run you might be right, but i hope not.

Cantankerous 03.05.2008 06:08 AM

it's going to be a close one between barack and hilary for the nomination.

screamingskull 03.05.2008 06:23 AM

why the hell are people still voting for Hillary? i don't get it!

Cantankerous 03.05.2008 06:23 AM

why DIDN'T they vote for ron paul? fourteen delegates? shame.

m1rr0r dash 03.05.2008 06:29 AM

who is ron paul?

Cantankerous 03.05.2008 06:35 AM

a geezer, but happens to have the best political positions of anyone who ran for the nomination

m1rr0r dash 03.05.2008 06:41 AM

he may be a geezer, but apparently he still rocks

Ron Paul is a freaky little senile Republican congressman from the Galveston, Texas area who has managed to get lots of druggies interested in his campaign because of his proposed Libertarian drug legalisation policies.

He's for non-intervention in foreign affairs and was one of only six Republicans to vote against the invasion of Iraq. He wants U.S. withdrawl from NATO, which is something not even feasible. As a strict constitutionalist, he's against the Patriot Act though, so good for him.

Ron Paul has pledged that as president he would like to abolish the Federal Department of Education, the IRS, and the Federal Reserve; in the end analysis, he's even more quixotic than Kucinich. On the less unrealistic but still highly controversial side, he'd like to see Roe v. Wade overturned and let the states decide about the abortion issue.

Thank you. People like to slurp him just because he is against the insane war we are in, which honestly, doesn't exactly make someone a genius.

ha ha, yes, not only that, he's also a fucking white supremacist

http://pennsylvaniaprogressive.typep...ul_white_.html

atari 2600 03.05.2008 02:25 PM

Oh yeah, they dug that up on him. Paul said it was an employee or supporter or something writing under his name...like that's a legitimate excuse.

Like I succintly (for once) stated, I really believe the main reason you hear about Paul is because he supposedly wants to legalize drugs on some level. That's as deeply as the reasoning of the majority of his enthusiasts goes.
