Yeah, I'll record both games on the DVR. Love blowing through games w/o the commercials, even foul shots i forward sometimes. Going to see the SIXERS opening night tommorow. Got great seats.

Wondering if i'll order NBA ticket or league pass this year. Did it the last two yrs and it was great. Always something on at night.

The ring ceremony was really great. We played terrible. But we won. It was fun.

Bumping this cuz they're playing t'nite. But I doubt we'll catch any of it, being Halloween and all. Just saying.

Last nite's game against Houston was awesome. I really thought they were going to win, right from tipoff. But we kept it close for pretty much the whole game and won by 4. Exciting.

Tonight we play Oklahoma City. Maybe less exciting. But whatever.

I was definitely suprised by the Indiana loss. For real.

Either way, last night's game was exciting, no? I mean yr Rockets are one hell of a team, man. I was biting nails.

AH! Last night against OKC was way closer than I expected. Must've been tired from the Rockets, still. But we pulled it off in the end.

fuk the celtics. lebron james is the man.my hometown hero will bring the rings to cleveland this year. dropped in 41 last nite. no limits....its such joy for me to be able to go up and see him play 41 games of the year. good times. and really helps getting me through the winter.

i need to find a girl who likes sports, or at least into home teams and stuff. i found girlfriends who love the same music, movies and type stuff, but never sports.

So me and my wife went to the game last night! We won 101-87. Kickass.

Hawks are 4-0... even lost Josh Smith in the 1st quarter and still beat the improved Raptors.

Won again last nite... first of a 5-game week. We're 6-1 right now. Not a bad start.

i watched the end... you guys are damn lucky our best player and best defender was hurt, or we would have beat you guys in Boston... pp is slow and always goes left, i can't believe jj can't guard him, and then horford was on him for the last shot? why? he did ok, but Marvin might've made a more athletic play and forced him into a tougher shot.... sigh

I'm not gonna lie, I thought you guys had the game when that 3 was hit with like what? 7 seconds left on the clock? But you can say what you want, Pierce is a great player. And an exciting player. Did you see the game against Toronto? He was crazy that night.

pierce is a good clutch player... not afraid to take the big shots, i'll give him that... but he is really over-rated by people in boston/the media... but same thing with joe johnson... i was so glad when jj actually passed that ball because i was expecting him to go up against 3 defenders and take an awful shot like usual, and i was shocked when he actually passed it to the right player= Marvin, who should be featured in the offense a lot more, but Woodson and jj aren't that smart.

oh, and i also thought we had won after that shot. damn that was a tough loss

in a sense I felt bad, because I know what that loss must've felt like and how I'd feel if it had been the other way around. But obviously I was excited that we won, man.

I really can't say I agree that Pierce is over-rated though. He's a hell of a player, and often carries the team. Or to be more precise, his style of playing motivates the rest of the team. But still, when we're in a pinch, who is that always seems to come thru in the end? Pierce. So to me, he's um... fairly-rated?

ok... i am just glad the Hawks are now good enough to have a rivalry... I knew some spark was created after that playoff loss, and they proved it in Boston on Wed night... not afraid anymore, and if they continue to play like this, I am excited to see how pumped they'll be when J-Smoov comes back.

for some reason i assumed that this thread was going to be about the Glasgow Celtic. As far as basketball goes, I will pull for the Celtic, Larry Byrd was like the white michael jordan, so i always thought fondly of him and his team.

But I dont know two shits about basketball. I know I love soccer though. And the Glasgow Celtic are my favorite team. As far as american football is concerned, im for the miami dolphins (exclusively...as in i dont watch nfl unless its a really big game like playoff-super bowl, but i watch every dolphin game), and I love the florida gators. I like college football a lot more than NFL. But i dont know shit about basketball or baseball. Soccer, Rugby, Tennis, and football. Those are my favorite sports, respectively.

Celtics suck? Indiana is the best? That's weird because according to the actual numbers, The Celtics are #1 in the East right now. And where's Indiana? #13. 13 out of 15 teams. So yeah.

Celtic doesnt need an "s." It's Celtic. You wouldnt say britishes or frenches...although you would say americans, canadians, germans, etc, celtic is already plural.
