We get it, this is a 'post-racial' society and the Democratic Party would like to apologize for the whole civil war thing and especially for the dixiecrats..

but Mr. Obama, remember, that until there are no longer any first or second class citizens of any nation, there shall be war. You may be black, and American can pretend it is no longer racist with this single, uplifting gesture, however, never forget that the Afghanis are equally people, they are not second class citizens to American security and geopolitical concerns. Remember that Colombians are people, that the Mexicans are people, that the Iranians are people, that the Iraqis are people, the the Indonesians are people, that the Georgians, and the Russians, are all people.. the Congolese, the Somalis, the Ugandans, the Sudanese, these are all people. You must accept peace for the world, and not offer us any more war.

Let our hope be not a dream, pray for peace, live for peace, live for love. WAR IS ONLY HATE, EVERYWHERE AND UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCE.

Other than praying and complaining on message boards, have you actually done anything to amend the situation. Did you vote or do you just dismiss all politics and the US government.

If you find that the current government is completely corrupt and is the source of so many problems in the world, then the only solution is to overthrow it...oh, I'm sorry. That might involve some kind of aggressive action. Yeah, I guess you're right. War solves nothing. There's never anything worth fighting for.

I'm not the kind of person to tell anyone to get out of my country. That's just pathetic...but I AM the kind of person that says, if you don't like it, then fight to change it.

Communication is the key. If am stuck in front of the computer, then I am communicating to you all out there. If I am on the street then I am communicating to the people. If I am on the bus, or at school, or at work, or getting a bite to eat, or smoking a joint behind a building, or teaching a class to the youth, in all these things, communication is the key.

These are more powerful than political machines. If we communicate our ideas, our grievances, our laughs, our petty complaints, then we will find both solace and solution.

If we fail to communicate then we are doomed. There is only modern war because the people of the modern world fail to communicate their dissent and inadvertently support war.

Communication is just a part of it without action nothing happens.
