agreed, I also captured the stream, and it is so good, I won't buy it for a while, but I will enjoy the fuck out of it! I would have bought the album already, but I was expecting to buy it at Aomeba when it came out and get a free ticket to an LA show, but there ISN'T ONE scheduled yet, so until I see an LA show on the tour, I will not buy one, I am waiting to buy it from the vendor at the gig direct from the band, fuck the corporate ghost middle men.. sorry sonic youth, but Rastafari is an honest life, no apologies, and I do love this album now that it has grown on me ;)

I must say: I picked my copy earlier this week and it FUCKING ROCKS, both of the albums! People that say that The Eternal is mediocre are less than mediocre people.

Oh, and by the way, I enjoyed the way jon boy delt with not having a reply for me, neg repping me. Mediocre. :D

i download cuz i found it lik 3 weeks before it was out though i just coughed up 89 euro for 2 tickets to see them in december so its all good!

I stand by SY on principal. They still represent a lot that I really like about rock music. But I haven't listened to them properly for ages. Total overkill on my part. I haven't got the Eternal yet, and I'm not sure if I'd bother if I saw it. But I'll tell you what, I be loving Jakob Ullman at the moment.

I'm happy as a polar bear with a Coke bottle. And I listen to at least some
SY every day. Bully for this bitch.
