sydney/bris. not here though, yesterday was heavenly in melb.

dust storms are most impressive just before they hit. it looks like a wall of dirt coming at you.

after about an hour, the novelty wears off and you curse the sky for making you cough up red dirt.


edit: I just made myself laugh by thinking about Logan calling TV's "the devil's lantern" and here I go dropping a gothbomb like "curse the sky".

haha most of this redness was in the early morning when the sun was still rising, by 8am it was just like dull orange fog. It was really cool for a bit, but got annoying quickly as my eyes were fucking burning and i was coughing a lot.

like floatslow said, the novelty wears off.

I'm not much of a tv fan myself.

Logan, however, won't even sit where it can see him.

I generally hate tv programming, but I like having a tv so I can watch movies. Or some docos. When there wasn't' one in my house, the computer/laptop wasm the movie viewing area. It wasn't so bad.

It just fucking encourages people to sit there and be numb if by themselves or to not communicate if it's a group of people. wtf.

Maybe I'd like it more if there were programs that were interesting to me, I dunno.

hey that's awesome! they were ace when they played in bris, I was lucky though, the place was probably only as big as a few lounge rooms.. Is it a big venue or small? hope you don't get attacked by bats on yr way back.

it's a medium-sized place.

I'll be seeing them again in about two weeks at a small club here in okc.

got the Dallas tix because they fucking cancelled the last time that they were supposed to play here.
