New LP by Nobunny.

Downloaded it because I remembered them being on one of the The World's Lousy With Ideas compilations, deleted it after one listen because it's shit.

loubarret 09.02.2010 03:53 PM

New Nobunny album is total shit.

I deleted some old radiohead bootlegs last week, but backed them up on a cd-r

SuperCreep 09.02.2010 03:53 PM

i deleted four joanna newsom albums last month, as well as several grateful dead albums. i just could never imagine myself listening to them again.

_slavo_ 09.02.2010 03:56 PM

I believe it must have been some noname drone from some noname drone artists. I have too much of that on my harddrive.

atsonicpark 09.02.2010 04:19 PM

uhhhhhhh

I deleted the entire underground resistance discography but I burned them all -- like 50 discs.

Stijn 09.02.2010 05:17 PM

SONIC GAIL 09.02.2010 05:17 PM

demonrail666 09.02.2010 06:06 PM

I went through a spring clean the other week. I'm already regretting ditching the Venom. I had one of my periodic 'For the sake of sanity, I must purge myself of all metal' moments, and deleted a shitload of stuff. Now I have that inevitable yearning to listen to 'Teacher's Pet'.

Recently deleted a few At the Drive In albums, and replaced the iPod and HD space with Kenneth Anger films.

atsonicpark 09.02.2010 06:42 PM

Yeah, the only ATDI album that has stood the test of time is Acrobatic Tenement. Love the clean guitar!

pokkeherrie 09.02.2010 07:28 PM

this thread inspired me to search my computer for songs to delete and I stumbled upon a folder named "crap" with things i once downloaded, listened and didn't like.

goodbye 3-4 current 93 albums, goodbye several nadja albums, goodbye magik markers, growing, sightings and what else was in there.

batreleaser 09.02.2010 07:33 PM

lost my entire catalog over the summer when my computer was stolen. haven't even attempted to get it all back.

Not bad by any means, but the second half is just improvisation i think, and i didn't find much to it, maybe i should have listened again.
The track 'diane' on the other hand is really great
and i love amen dunes

I also have the WD 2 Terabyte external drive just bought it a few weeks ago.
Still learning how to use it. The goddam manual is 55 pages long. Anyways obviously Zappa has disappeared from my main drive and I unplugged the drive until I figure out what to do with Zappa's family trust or PayArtist

SuperCreep 09.03.2010 05:54 PM

i threw out my manual. just drag and drop everything, dude. it's a lot easier.

The backing up is automatic. What I would like to do is be able to store all my music on the external then clear it out of my hard drive then just go and pick out what I want to hear for the day from the external.
