Sometimes I feel irritated about the things in life that irritate. Frustration. Dissatisfaction. But generally I don't have what I'd call depression, because it's not clinical depression. I can feel sad quite often, actually, but that's not the same. The sadness goes away after a duration, and is relieved by things like coffee, beer, the ones I love, music.

Is what you have true depression? Do you take medication for it?

Yeah, loneliness is horrible, but depression won't solve it. It's Friday. I've just googled Rovinj and it looks like a beautiful place. Why don't you go out and enjoy the beauty of the place where you live.

no ,i am not using any medication ,i think that i am very sad ,i call that depression ....that's maybe only a period in my life

Even so, you might want to talk to your physician about it. He/she can help you determine if it's really depression, and what to do about it. Even if it's just general sadness, sometimes medication helps, or your doc might have other ideas to help you. Wouldn't hurt to mention it.
