I had a really good time last night, i saw Bringoutgrandad, (((Oh Dear, Plantman and The Doomed Bird Of Providence.

(((Oh Dear dedicated a song to me which was a surprise and it turned out that the drummer from The Doomed Bird Of Providence is someone who i knew from school and also plays for Extreme Noise Terror!

Saw the Pixies play all of Doolittle last week and it was fucking awesome. Two encores, all the Doolittle b-sides. Great show.

really good night at Cafe Oto on friday seeing Sunburned, i can't believe i've never been to this venue before. talked to John Moloney for a bit and got some free merchandise. good to see fellow boardie jimbrim again too!

Stowfest today, saw a good band called Butterfly on the John Peel stage.

Just saw radiohead tonight. Holy crap. It was pretty awesome. Worht it even if I just got one hour of sleep.
But yeah...got to fucking hear Myxamatosis. The only song I really wanted to hear. Kid A, There There, one song off The Bends, Karma Police, Weird fishes, Everything in it's right place, another song off Hail to the thief, on top of many others were played last night. The only bad part was waiting 30 minutes to leace the parking lot.

I went to Primavera last week, it was rad. Had an awesome time despite Melvins & Sleep cancelling. Highlights for me included Codeine, Dirty Three, Thee oh Sees, Lee Ranaldo, Shellac, etc. There was loads of great stuff. It was my first time in Barcelona it is such a cool city. I will definitely be attending the festival again in future.

Got back from deerhoofs free show. Fucking amazing, satomi cute as hell on stage. Fucking Greg broke like 4 sticks and kept losing them. They really spread their Setlist out with milkman, offend Maggie, vs evil, n others. Twas fantastic.

Oh yeah they also played c'moon, totally forgot about that song until they played it tonight. It was the one song I really wanted to hear last time they played.

Just back from Man Forever / Ensemble Economique / Purple Pilgrims at Cafe Oto. I can't tell you if it was any good, as I couldn't hear it properly because of all the pricks shouting to each other to be heard over the music.

Didn't enjoy that at all. Maybe he can do better, but what I've seen was quite rubbish.
