Every Friday, over the PA, a teacher or who ever, plays some songs. I was just walking into 1st Period (Algebra) and I heard a guitar solo. I thought "Fuck, this sounds familiar" and then it hit me. They were playing White Light/White Heat from Live At Max's Kansas City. That totally made my day!
The school better redeem itself for playing "Free Bird" last Friday.

yeh, we have a bell, and then five minutes to get to class and "Pleas stand for the national anthem".*

Every Friday during second period we have a little news show thing, but I have PE second period so I never get to see it.

I never had any of that sort just right to the point about some lame stuff. I miss High School, pissing off those jocks.

Oh that sucks, that was the best what I remember from high school, I used to out-fag myself everyday to piss them off, just because they called me a fag.

I liked kicking it with religious people, they are so much fun. Anything can piss them off.

Our school used to have bells.

They don't anymore? Ours was lame just a typical Public School in a big city. I used to go for my last 3 periods everyday.

on late-start days i can hear the first bell ringing at my brother's elementary school from inside my house. it's loud as hell.

Yeah right-wingers are fun to piss off, as well as liberals. I used to piss both groups.

i like pissing off the preps. they're so easy. just use a word with more than four or five letters and they're thrown off totally.

Funny, I remember this one time this guy comes up to me and says "are you a fag?" And I said to him "Well your brother is a good fuck." And I walked away. His brother was gay, he just looked at me and called me a fag.

I don't know. I think pissing off people is rather childish. At least, going out of your way to do it is. I piss people off enough just by existing.

True, I mean I was in high school, I don't do it anymore cause it is hard to do it now. You know with people taking people to courts especially here in L.A.

I'm still technically in High School and I don't do it. I dunno. I don't care enough to do it I guess. I'd rather hang out with people I find intelligent than piss dumb people off.

yeah, i don't go out of my way to piss people off unless i really feel like it. if i have no reason to hate someone, generally i'm pretty nice.

i don't really know a lot of very intelligent people. some of them are intelligent but never use their intelligence. and some just pretend to be smart.

True, but I mean there are so many people over here that can get on my nerves, so I piss them off. But everybody amuses themselves differently.

hear, hear. almost everyone gets on my nerves at some point and i can take it and run with it.. but sometimes they're just not worth the energy.

True, I really liked my high school years although nothing much happened with me. I had like four friends in school, and that was just it.

i have a few really close friends and a lot of people i just know from different classes and outside-school stuff.

I used to be a dork around my friends, but after a while I just started going for the last 3 periods os the school, no one ever said anything.

i wish i could do that.

i'm a dork, but in class (depending on which one) i'm on the serious side. mostly because my classes are filled with jackasses who think being "random" is totally hilarious and waste time. i want to know how they got in.

Well I had my early classes but I just didn't bother, Now I regret it, if I would have studied hard I would have been in New York already. Is anyone planning on going to school over there besides me?

i'm planning on going to columbia or vassar. depends on who accepts me.

I wanted to go there but I don't have the grades, I might just get into an Art school, or just some unknown college that offers a degree in English over there.

the new school in nyc is supposed to be a good place.

nyu, berkeley, usc, brown, the new school. there's a few others i can't remember.

my school sucks. we have a really cool building but they decided to move buildings and now were going to a shitty one in the middle of nowhere

I found out today that my school has a 'school song'. Haha.

We've never done the Pledge of Allegiance at my school. Good.

Every Monday they play a really happy Beatles/Beach Boys type song. It's rather annoying, and very loud. Then we have the national anthem (sometimes the Whitney Houston version -yuck.) on Mondays & Fridays -all other days it's the pledge. I don't stand and my teacher gives me a dirty look. Meh.
