The Bronx
I'm done showing up to work, taking orders from a fucking bitch.
I'm in the chair now, go on and hit the switch... |
Never heard.
they are alright at first then they get boring.
Never heard. What are they like?
imagine the rockingest rock on the face of the planet and then take that rock and combine it with another larger rock and put all those rocks together. that's how hard they rock
400 blows are (were?) better.
400 Blows kill everything else.
i'll give you that, 400 blows do rock harder.
Then, why should I listen to the Bronx is 400 Blows is better?
because i hate you
That's not really a good reason.
Fuck you, Hayden, and all yr brilliant little things you say.
Sorry, dear. I'll try to dumb it down a bit.
Thank-you.
The Bronx are better than anything mentioned so far in this thread.
You mean 400 Blows being as that's the only band mentioned?
Compare them to something. |

Errr, the Bronx. |
That helps alot. I'll see if they have a myspace or something.
Oh, haha sorry. I misread what you said.
No problem. I listened to them and they are decent but nothing worth writing home about really.
They're fucking great.
I dunno. Just not my style I guess.
you should check out this band called black flag, they are like the bronx but 50000000000000000 times better and 20 years before, odd thing eh?
You just looked up a Bronx review for the sake of this thread, didnt you? It made a few comparisons to Black Flag and 400 Blows, and now you think that gives you a full history card of the band. Right? Right.
Anyway, I alreay listen to Black Flag and they're really not anything alike. But that's a good band to be compared to nonetheless. You should get them douchebags out your sig and put some Bronx in there, Senorita. |

Dude, Lil' Wayne is obviously hot shit, baby. |

hahahahahahaha, i OWN the first bronx album, your very crappy at making assumptions. the bronx and 400 blows are very similar, it's stupid to deny it, except that 400 blows has more of a helmet/amp rep sound than the bronx, and from listening to their record i can certainly tell that they are very influenced by black flag except they try to be more melodic and that melodic bit is what, to me, makes them tiresome.
you'll never understand why i have lil' wayne on my sig. |
The Bronx are 'heavier' and far more 'furious' than Black Flag. I don't know how you think they're melodic at all. HAHA are you trying to say the Bronx have even a tad of Helmet in their sound? Because that would be stupid.
You should give your supposed Bronx album to someone who'll appreciate the greatness of it. |
fucking moron.
wouldn't have expected anything else from someone who actually likes glassjaw. |
Wow, you really put the case away with that one.
lalalalalala i can't hear you.
That's because you're reading. And you call me a moron? HAH.
Quote:
Ahh, you edited your post. YOU LIKE METALLICA! hahaha. |
i see you're barking but i can't hear anything.
Quote:
Which means... what? That you have me on ignore? If so, I'm glad I had that effect on you, proves you couldn't handle me taking the piss out of you. If you dont have me on ignore, you must be playing that "I can't hear you" with your hands over your ears, like a 2nd grader. Just as pathetic. HAHA. |
400 blows is better live; the Bronxxx sound better on their albums. 400 blows is still going; I'm just sad Christian left.
I saw the Bronx live a few years ago, they were awesome.
wait wait wait, christian is the vocalist for 400 blows right? he left? HOLY FUCK! NOOOOOOOOOO
nah, christian is the guitart player...i haven't heard them without him though.
From what I've heard of 400 Blows, they really don't sound anything like the Bronx. They weren't bad, but the Bronx would not be the first band to come into mind, if they even come into mind at all, when hearing or judging 400 Blows.
