Y'all may go back to discussing Sheffield United or the LA rams or whatever it is that is discussed on those other football threads....

This sport is like if a bunch of rugby, soccer, and American football player all got really drunk AND stoned together and decided around midnight to just go out in the yard "and throw or kick (or both) the ball around" ;) (in other words I LOVE IT)

pretty dull game, I must admit. regardless of how I feel about hawthorn as a team in terms of their quality, they're a fucking astoundingly well-coached team, in addition to essentially having two top-drawer captains in mitchell & hodge.
