Why the hell do we like cheese? Please explain.

I was jut about to bump the other cheese thread.

Bacterial culture is amazing though, Oka Cheese totally rocks my socks.

I like Oaxacan quesadillas they are just the best.

I've never tried Oaxacan quesadillas, but I tried straight up quesadillas, and they're delicious. Lately I've mostly been hooked on shwarmas though

It is this really big tortilla with epazote

and some home made salsa, and you are set to go.

in other words, a perfect food.

because you are a feet lover and they smell like it.

Because cheese melts and is all gooey.

Add to that list sheer adaptability. What other food complements such a variety of other food and drink so successfully?

I know.... WHY????? Lactose intolerance sucks. Then again it makes eating cheese a guilty pleasure - makes it even better. As long as I'm alone for the entire evening and night, of course.

im not lactose intolerant. but my stomach is moody to dairy prodcuts, or eggs, so i usualy just avoid eating those things. But i do love my regular crackerbarrel red cheese

I don't eat/love cheese. I thought this thread said Chinese. I eat Chinese.

Nice, I have some of those on the table right now. They're salt-covered though, and gross without cheese or dip

cheese is, along with bread, and fermented ietams (wine, beers etc) the reason humanity managed to grow and exist and subsist and rule all and kick animal ass
