Nice Crypto! I like the vivid colors, it suits the poster well.

A few things:
-if you can make the "Life's a beach text" less bold/black (if you can) it would be easier to read
-in the 2nd part, the center aligned tect at bottom could be a little smaller, and aligned right to maintain balance!

Other than that, it looks great! Well done

Dunno, I'd say that the main font is a bit unclear ( cs are too similar to es) but that's not a big problem ( I mean, if you read it you obviously read it correctly). It doesn't look bad, it gives the idea of a beach party. maybe it's a bit 80's style, but again, that's not a bad thing.
Do all the playmates get paid the same amount of money or there's a "superstar" among them?

No prob! I didn't notice the hair at first sight, but now that I notice it, it would be great if you fill it in with the regular orange color you're using, keeping the semitransparent palm tree :)
