there are some.
the best of the worst is the whole X FILES series.

I loved the x-files when i was growing up.
but I havent seen it in years so I don't know what I would think now.

The net, if it counts... it's a conspiracy of sorts, although not dealing with the government or anything... it's not that it's a HORRIBLE movie, but cheesy because any movie with dealing with modern technology dates in a rather quick fashion :)

Conspiracy Theory seemed crappy. I saw it in the theatre, though, and don't remember much.

The Number 23 seems sort of interesting to me. It's my favorite number. Also it's "sacred" to Discordians. Dr. Pepper recently announced that their soda is made of a blend of 23 flavors! Jim Carey departed the comedy genre a while ago now. I've found his weird sf movies ok so far, actually..

Loose Change is ridiculous. I agree that the US does involve themselves in some shady business, but this shit is just ridiculous.
