First trip to New york: any MustSee places?
Good evening the forum,
I m going for the first time in New York in March, so too late for Kim's introducing her book. What are nice places for cheap second clothes ( charityshop / thriving store)? what about flea market where you can find weird shit cheap? Then, all of the Interweb says that Williamsburg is a place to go because it is supposed to be arty, and open minded and full of nice things, is this for real, or is it just the hype? any advices on this? Thanks :) |
tenth ave in chelsea and hanson place in williamsburg are your best bets probably. go early sat morning.otherwise williamsburg is jist an urban outfitters sprung to life. double check these cause I went in October and shit may change

buffalo exchange should be in a few locations for secondhand clothes. I'd kill to be on your trip, def enjoy it. eat from the halal stand near the moma. the line is long but worth it.
