I really dont like the new Fall album Reformation Post TLC. Its rubbish

pitchfork still IS the website that gave NYCG+F a 0.0. They're good for news and interviews but their reviews arent to be taken too seriously as i say.

Ive read internet reviews enough now to know that they are likely to be wrong. But Pitchfork rightly singled out this album as being crap.

It's not just pitchfork though is it...? ALL reviews are total bullshit if you look at it that way. It's just a subjective opinion that you either agree with or don't.

Aren't you that gut whose lists of music look like an NME end of the year poll?

Pitchfork is usually half-right or half-wrong. NYC Ghosts isn't a zero, but it sure as hell isn't that good of an album...

On the other hand, they continually give mars volta (worst band of our generation) low scores, so kudos.

I agree with that statement. When pitchfork gives a really high rating its usually warranted to some degree, definately has turned me on to some bands i wouldn't have known about. Now they're definately more conservative then a few years ago. Everything seems to be between 6.0-8.6.
