I'm not sure I know how rep works (and not sure I care), but negative rep seems sort of malicious and catty. I would never think of using that. I think a pm would be better if you feel that compelled to disagree in private....

i got like 7 bootlegs in the mail today and pretty much spent my entire pay check in music.

I got neg repped by Atari because I called him a jack ass in the 300 thread. I agreed with him that the movie was shit, but he was just being a douche about it.
