last thing, i fucking hate coffee mate and drink HEAVY CREAM instead (i don't play), but old trans fats in coffee mate have now been replaced by coconut oil. they also have oat and almond milk versions. because they try to give the customer what the customer asks for. even if it's lies lol.

anyway, trans fats in a regular dose were so low they clocked at 0 grams.

thing is though, trans fats occur naturally in things like french cheeses.
