i didnt know it was "mother's day" because i don't watch tv so i havent been bombarded with what i assume are the barrage of ads; thanks internet for remind me we have yet another made-up holiday out there. and happy "mother's day" mom, wherever you might be at the moment. hm... might be too late to call.

Not everyone is a mother but everyone HAD or has a mother.

and if your mother was horrible (it happens) there was bound to be someone, an aunt, a teacher, a grandma, a sister, someone who helped you out like a mom would, so say thanks to them too.
