Enya VS Kate Bush
 

Who would you not want to be involved in a fight with? Poll on the way.

Kate is obviously wild and would quite easily scratch your eyes out.

Enya is Irish and so comes from a long line of drinking, fighting, woolly-hatted, welly wearing, driveway tarmaccers, and so would punch your lights out or hit you over the head with her pick.

Kate Bush is clearly entirely mental. I imagine Enya could handle herself, but I can see fingernails like razors on the Bush woman. I reckon she's a well dirty fighter. Probably pretty good in the sack.

I used to have a picture of Bush on my desk at work a few years ago. I drew a little speech bubble saying, "I love you [Glice's real name]".

This might seem a bit odd, but I know Enya's brother (he's more an aquaintance, rather than a proper mate), and he's a real tough guy, so let's not underestimate Enya's family genes.

Kate Bush is without doubt a very dangerous woman, the result of some serious ingestion of LSD in her younger years which still causes the occasional agression-fuelled flashback in which she beleives that she is a big fierce brown bear.

Enya, on the other hand, is a subtler fighter, floating around and exhausting and confusing her opponent into submission.

I would sooner be tired and confused than mauled, and therefore I vote that I would rather be involved in a fight with Enya.

However, if the fight was to be held on a swimming pool full of watery mud, I'd rather fight Kate Bush, as it would fulfil an adolescent fantasy.

I'm humming the tune to "Hounds of love" right now. What a wonderful tune that is.

The only thing Kate ever did that I really don't like is "Don't Give Up" on Peter Gabriel's So album (which was a lame "sell-out" album anyway). At least it wasn't her record. It reminded me of some lame ballad Heart might have done in the '80s.
