Had quite a dreadful dream this night
 

I had a bad dream tonight with Sonic Youth starring in it.

I dreamt that Sonic Youth came to play an extra gig in Bratislava on the 19th of August (weird, I even remember the date) and it turned out to be a complete disaster. First, the crowd had to wait 2,5 hours for the Youth to come to the stage, then it started raining (open-air) so the band had to hide another hour in backstage in order to overcome the rain and then, finally, when they played "Teenage Riot" as the first song, Lee grabbed the microphone and said "A band with no audience is no band". Then the band left the stage and the crew guy said that the band refused to play any more.

So everyone in the crowd went nuts and started calling the band names. Then I went home, logged into this board and started a thread called "I'm done with Sonic Youth and this board".

I woke up at 5am, sweating.

I don't know if I should laugh, or be weary? Is it a premonition?

I don't think so. SY will definitely NEVER play in Bratislava :)

Maybe when they do, it will be the end.

Fuck, this is even more scary _slavo_ , as last night i also dreamt of going to a Sonic Youth gig, but what make's it even more weird is that they didnt actually show up! :eek:
