i'm freezing my ass off. it's 55 degrees outside and i'm not acclimated to it and all the windows are open.
physically i have a sinus infection and my body is sore all over from playing with children for a good part of the day.

sinus infection is so painful, it feels like there is a huge spider walking through your sinus biting every bit of it

im feeling ok, i have to do a one on one class today with Norman, im curious as to how much ill be paid.
my skin is looking better and my hair is well..shitty as its my hair.

I'm pleased with the break in the weather.
Lately I've been feeling pretty good. Lost some weight, gained some strength/muscle. The last two days I have been feeling seriously run down though. I need more sleep.
