Sonic replacements

If one of the band members decides to retier, who would you like to replace him?

My choise:

Kim - Elisa Ambrogio
Steve - Chris Corsano
Thurston - Stephen Malkmus
Lee - Ben Chesny
Jim - Mark Ibold :)
